Sound
- Quality “in house” sound system
- CD player through sound system
- Wireless lapel or headset microphone
- Handheld microphone with stand for MC or introducer
- Experienced sound operator available 2 hours prior to event through the end of the event
Lights
- Stage lighting system – bright stage wash
Stage
- 16’ wide x 16’ deep minimum stage platform raised at least 18 inches
- Stairs from floor to stage at the front center of stage preferred
- One round cocktail-style table with covering, center stage
Other
- For audiences over 300, Big Screen Projection (IMAG) is recommended
- 1 standard 6-8 foot table for merchandise and promotional materials
- No plate clearing or food serving during presentation, please
- No open bar during presentation please
