“Dave Horsager is an award-winning speaker, illusionist, producer, and entrepreneur. With a Masters in Organizational Leadership and the elite CSP Designation, Dave has had the opportunity to speak to organizations on 4 continents and across the USA.

Growing up on a bean farm in Northern MN, Dave learned the importance of hard work. By age 25, he was directing an organization in Arkansas. One year later he started his first company. It went so well that within 4 months he and his wife were living in a musty basement apartment with $1.40 to their name.

Now, Dave runs Horsager Leadership Studio, Dignified Housing and acts as Adjunct Professor of Organizational Leadership at Bethel University’s Graduate School. His goal is to inspire strategic leadership and help people gain the Trust Edge.
